Sim Pausing by itself?

Hi I have Just started flying again after some health issues, I use FS2020 to fly with and just had a large update.
While I'm flying my sim pauses all by itself and I have to save the flight then reload the flight to be able to fly to my destination. Has anyone else come across this issue at all?

Check your settings and see what you have set to pause on. Maybe you are hitting it by mistake. Other than that I have no idea. I dont use MS2020

eddie no I'm afraid not, when I fly without the fsuip and the Blurbox my sim does not automticly pause.
Is there any updates for Bluebox or FSUIPC7?

spyplane63 Bluebox is outdated and wont get updates anymore. Try using smartCARS. Its in the downloads.

eddie Thanks, just read that Stop Offs are a no go, a lot of the tours i have been flying has them. do I do a straight flight to my destination instead?

spyplane63 Yes, they were removed because smartCARS does not support the stop-overs.
