No Aircraft Available

When I try to fly AA1253 PADQ to PACD, phpVMS ACARS doesn't offer me any aircraft. I tried to add my aircraft to the manual file page and it didn't offer me any aircraft either. I have not yet (but will) try other flights in case it is just this one.

I would post pictures here but can't figure out how.

I also tried AC300 PALH to A13. Same issues. For both flights, in phpVMS ACARS and when trying to file manually, the aircraft dropdown menu is empty.

I noticed that there is a new rank called New Pilot. It seems that everyone (including me) who used to have the rank of Greenhorn is now at the New Pilot rank. The new pilot rank says it has no restrictions. However the Greenhorn rank says that 5 subfleets are allowed. Maybe this is why I'm not getting any aircraft in the dropdowns when trying to file flights.

The New Pilot rank has 0 minimum hours and is ranked right above Greenhorn. It seems all the Greenhorns were automatically promoted.

On the Flights page accessed through the Flight Operations menu, it says "No flights found !". On the Fleet Page, Also accessed through the Flight Operations menu, it says "No Aircraft!".

I'm not trying to complain. I'm just posting the results of my investigation so that it is easier to fix.
