Having 2 stages of the LONG HAUL TOUR not validated (PADQ-PAEN AND PAEN-PAYA) how should I do to redo them and send my pireps.

No i have always 2 stages no valided (PADQ-PAEN AND PAEN-PAYA) and i want to redo this 2 stages and to send my pireps . Also i don't know how i must to do .
